I don’t even know where to start. The sale of my home was nothing short of a miracle, and James and his team were part of the miracle. I had lived in my home for 20 years before getting married and moving out. It was already dated when I had originally moved in, so by the time I left, it clearly needed renovations. It sold immediately, and at closing, I not only received a check that was $30,000 over a “sale as is” , but it was over $44,000!!!! Throughout the experience, James was readily available, offering his expertise and advice, guiding every aspect of the transformation. I didn’t have to lift a finger or fret and worry over a single thing! He is a true professional and should absolutely have the title, “Realtor of the Year” He turned something I felt was “beyond help” into a true miracle event. My home became a Cinderella in just a few short weeks. I cannot thank him enough.
