James made a very daunting process pleasant and smooth. He walked me through each step of the way. He rolled out the red carpet from day one. I can honestly say it’s a next level customer service experience. I was able to read and e-sign every document at my leisure from my phone. He knew which areas were the safest, and took all my feedback into consideration. As a super picky buyer- I thought I’d be looking for a house in this seller’s market a few years – but it was only a few months. He also recommended a great team for my loan that worked wonderfully too! He brought so much positivity and reassurance to this young person buying my first house.
